Great Summer of 2014.....

Our weather has been just delightful, Warm days followed by cooler nights make sleeping so much easier.

We have installed awnings outside the West Wing Guest Rooms and the Guest Lounge. What a difference they make keeping the area so much cooler.

February has been very busy and we have had a load of fun. Our Canadian guests are very happy right now as their Ice Hockey team won Olympic Gold at Sochi. The Games closed last night and we are so happy they went without incident.

Now we look forward to the July Commonwealth Games  in Glasgow.

Speaking of sport, our NZ Cricket team, known as The Black Caps had a stunning series against India throughout the country.

Our captain, Brendan McCullum scored 302 in his second innings. Heady stuff!
